

Shuttle System Operations
The shuttle system is designed to enable the rapid and safe exchange of holding furnaces, ensuring uninterrupted casting operations. When a holding furnace becomes depleted, the system quickly replaces it with a pre-filled, degassed furnace – minimizing downtime and maintaining a continuous flow of high-quality alloy for production. The same shuttle is also used for our Quick-Change mold system.
